"I had a received a company car and had to sell my beloved 4Runner TRD Pro (Best Car Ever!). I listed it on facebook and autotrader but just kept receiving low ball offers despite a chip crisis that had dramatically increased the value of cars until Leslie from Pohanka reached out to me. She was offering $5K+ over the popular buying companies and a thousand or so more than the handful of reasonable offers I had gotten from individual buyers. Once I did some detective work to confirm she was legit, which included googling the company, using google earth to make sure it was an actual car lot and not some PO Box, then calling the number from google and the company, before responding to her message. I called that number asked to talk to Leslie and said, hey, did you just message me on fb about buying my car? Anyway, more importantly, Leslie was soooooooo easy to deal with. So responsible, so professional, and the price was more than fair. Then instead of having to allow strangers to test drive my car, risk an accident, have to waste tons of time, we agreed to a price by phone, I gave Leslie an accurate description of the vehicle even including a pic of one ding, we finalize the price, and they sent two guys a few days later up to me in Connecticut, to complete the transaction and for one of them to drive my truck back to Maryland. So smooth! that entire process took like 20 minutes max! I'll never sell a car again without first calling Leslie to see what she could offer me. Truly an exceptional customer experience!"
